Ingredients:
9.4 lbs Maris Otter Pale - UK 12.8 oz Munich Malt 8 oz Barley, Flaked 4.8 oz CaraMunich 4.8 oz Roasted Barley - US 3.2 oz Special Roast - US 3.2 oz Caramel/Crystal 80 3.2 oz Chocolate Malt - US 3.2 oz Special B 3.2 oz Challenger 3.2 oz Northern Brewer (US) 3.2 oz Target 1 London Ale Yeast (yeast)Instructions:
1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5. Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate 1-2 weeks. 6. Chill and enjoy your delicious beer!
