Notes:
Progress is said to be slightly sweet with a mellow bitterness, somewhat similar to a Fuggle and considered a low cost aroma replacement for Fuggle. Only grown commercially in England, just for specific brewery needs. Fairly low yield, but good storage stability. Pleasant continental-type aroma with high humulene (47%) and moderate myrcene.
