this software is different from Beer Smith so I will show info from Beer smith.
I brewed on my HERMS system with R0 water using 1g Baking Soda, 1.4 grams Calcium Chloride, 1 gram Epsom Salts and .5 grams of Gypsum. all in Mash, no Sparge salts.
Grains: 4.8 lb of Maris Otter (80.97%), 3.2 oz Crystal 40 (3.76 %), 3.2 oz Crystal 120 (3.76%) and 2.1 oz Roast Barley (2.4%)
Hops: 1 oz East Kent Goldings 4% AA (17.36 IBU), .7oz Willamette 4% AA at 15 min (6 IBU)
Yeast: 2 pks Irish ale Wyeast 1084
mashed in at 152 for 60 minutes, sparged and boiled at 60minutes
fermented in 3 gallon Spidel, out of fermenter got 2.75 gallons .
OG=1.052, FG=1.010, ABV=5.5
