Ingredients:
8.19 lbs Pale Ale - DE 3.31 lbs Smoked Malt - DE 1.63 lbs Munich - UK 14.08 oz Amber - UK 14.08 oz CaraMunich II - DE 7.04 oz Carafa I - DE 7.04 oz Caraf Spesial 4 oz Chocolate Malt - US 4 oz Horizon 4 oz Palisade 4 oz Palisade 4 oz Palisade 1 Safale S-04 (yeast)Instructions:
1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5. Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate 1-2 weeks. 6. Chill and enjoy your delicious beer!
