RO water with 1/4 tsp (1.23 ml) 10% Phosphoric acid per 5 gallon or .24ml for 1 gallon so you need 1.32ml for 5.5 gallons.
1 tsp (4.9 grams) in this mash CaCl2 (Calcium Chloride) in mash But is your only doing 2.5 gallons that would be .5 tsp (2.5 grams)

Discription: Medium gold color and medium body with clean smooth german lager character. Well attenuated but malty, with soft mouthfeel and excellent drinkability. Supported bitterness in a malt forward beer. not havy at all.
