Very new on the market, Hüll Melon made its debut in 2012. A daughter of Cascade, this amazing hop has flavor characteristics not commonly associated with hops. It is said to be intensely fruity with a honeydew melon and strawberry aroma and flavor. It contains alpha acids of up to 7.6% and is matched in beta acids. High myrcene and humulene. Not much else is known yet as this variety is so new.
