Ingredients: 8.76 lbs Maris Otter Pale - UK 5.92 oz Caramel/Crystal 40 5.92 oz Caramel/Crystal 120 4 oz Roasted Barley - US 4 oz East Kent Golding 4 oz Willamette 1 Irish Ale Yeast (yeast)Instructions: 1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5. Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate 1-2 weeks. 6. Chill and enjoy your delicious beer!

Brewed on my HERMS system / 5.5-gallon Batch size will get 5 gallons in keg.
Recipe by the book this doesn't seem to fit the style, so I adjusted it.
Original Recipe is from Brewing classic styles pg. 130
5 gallon in keg, 5.5 gallon in fermenter 7 gallon in boil
OG=1.054 / OG=1.014 / IBU=25 / SRM=17 / ABV=5.2 (This doesn't fit the syle)
Grains: 11.25 gallons of Maris otter, 6 oz of crystal 40, 6 oz of crystal 120 and 6 oz of Rosted Barley (300 L)
Hops: 1.25 oz of East Kent Goldings 5% AA at 60 minutes
Irish Ale yeast.
Mash at 153, Ferment at 66 f,
