Ingredients:
6.69 lbs Pale Ale - BE 1.31 lbs Caramel/Crystal 60 1.13 lbs Belgian Dark Candi Sugar - BE 8.96 oz CaraPils 8.96 oz Corn Syrup - US 7.04 oz Black Malt - UK 7.04 oz Chocolate Malt - US 4.96 oz Molasses - US 4 oz Torrified Wheat - US 4 oz Fuggle (UK) 4 oz Fuggle (UK) 1 Trappist Ale Yeast (yeast)Instructions:
1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5. Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate 1-2 weeks. 6. Chill and enjoy your delicious beer!
